What does ‘processed data’ mean?

As part of orchestration of components registered with Stanza, the platform processes telemetry, config, and request data. 

Am I charged per Guard or per Feature?

In the Individual plan, you are limited to 5 Users, 5 Guards, and 5 Features. In the Pro and Enterprise plans, you have access to unlimited Users, Guards, or Features and you’re only charged for data processed.

How am I billed?

Depending on the plan you choose, you’re billed monthly from the date of subscription start. Discounted billing for annual subscriptions are available upon request. Enterprise customers are billed according to contract terms. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, debit cards) or purchase order. We cannot accept partial payments.

What if I have an overage and use more data processed in a month? 

At the beginning of the billing period (month or year), you are billed upfront plus any overages incurred in the previous month. Overages are measured in 1TB increments.

What if I have usage spikes (e.g. Black Friday, Tax Season or an incident)? 

We understand that you may have a short term fluctuation in the amount of data processed. In the case of predictable or known spikes, let us know. We can accommodate known spikey periods for up to one week. Otherwise, we know that things happen. If you find yourself in a situation where you have unplanned need to process higher than normal amounts of data, let us know. We can apply controls like rate limits to contain costs while you investigate. This is especially helpful during an incident. We want to help, not create more friction to your incident handling.

What if I don’t have a plan that fits my business or use cases?

What if I need to change my subscription plan?
